Rental Reservations and Calendar

The Hockey Pond’s ice rink may be rented by individuals, groups, and instructors.  You are renting the entire ice rink for your private use.  To rent the ice rink you must make a reservation by email, except for Open Shooting Range hours.

Reservations are easy...

1) Choose an open time slot on the calendar below.  Open slots are shown in GREEN on the calendar.  If renting more than 1 hour, choose additional time slots.

2) Send an email (thehockeypond.sj@gmail.com) with the following information:

· your name

· dates and time slots you would like to reserve

· number of participants

· type of rental (private ice rink rental, instructor rental, facility rental, party, etc.)

· contact information, including email address and phone number

· questions, if any

3) We will contact you with a confirmation, along with pricing and any additional information.

 

Cancellations...

Reservations must be cancelled a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled date/time.  If you cancel the reservation less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled date/time, you will still have to pay for the ice.
